Silicon substrate LED has good directivity of lumination and high saturation of color. Luminous beams are more legible and soft, which fits the traits of application of headlamps.
Si-substrate LED is durable. It has high reliability, long product life cycle (over 10000 hours), and excellent anti-seismic performance.
Si-substrate LED has high efficiency, good elimination of heat, and less additional dissipation. Compared to complex heat-elimination system of traditional lamps, LED lamps have much lower heat dissipation.
Conversion efficiency can reach up to 85%, which especially fits future auto design concepts of emphasizing energy saving.
Different from traditional incandescence and HID that need long driving-illuminating delay, Si-substrate LED has faster response speed. This allows more real-time reflection to vehicle and road condition, which leaves longer time for drivers to react, so as to reduce traffic accidents.
